Swing for the ARTS Sponsorship Form
There are multiple ways to support Swing for the ARTS!
$200 Hole Sponsors: We will have a sign displaying the sponsor’s name. This sign will be visible at one of the 18 holes and printed on the main tournament banner which is displayed in the clubhouse during check-in and at dinner during the award ceremony.
$100 Tournament Sponsors: We will have a sign displaying the sponsor’s name which will be visible in the common area of the club house and printed on the main tournament banner which is displayed in the clubhouse during check-in and at dinner during the award ceremony.
Make a General ARTS Donation! This is always an option no matter the amount! To make a general donation, please click here.
Donate an Auction Item- We are also excited to accept any silent auction items you or your company may have to donate (gift cards, subscriptions, gift basket, memberships, etc). If you are interested in donating an auction item please fill out this form: Donate an Auction Item.
Payments for Sponsorship and Donations: When you register below you will have the option to use PAYPAL. After you click “Continue to Payment” it will prompt you to click on the PayPal link.
